water. The function of our body fluids include digestion, absorption, blood circulation,
creation of saliva, transport nutrients, and maintaining body temperature.

sweet drinks. I always drink plenty of water together with my meals so that I feel full faster. It’s good to help my weight-loss regimen.

that is harmful to your body, giving you a healthier and glowing skin. Drinking
purified water keeps your skin moist and supple as a result, giving your skin

Washing your hair with chill water
